Messaging Program Description
Advantec SMS allows for two-way informational and transactional text messaging related to our IT services for clients. Messages may include:

Responses to client inquiries or support requests (often initiated by the client texting us first).

General communications regarding ongoing IT services, project updates, or urgent matters (we rarely initiate outbound SMS unless email/phone fails in an emergency).

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) codes or security notifications when applicable.
We do not send promotional or marketing messages. Messaging is conversational and client-driven in most cases.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies and is infrequent. Clients typically receive 0–5 messages per month (or fewer), depending on interactions, support needs, or security requirements. This is not a recurring subscription program.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to any messages you send or receive.
Opt-Out / Unsubscribe
To stop receiving messages at any time, simply reply STOP to any message we send. You will receive a confirmation of opt-out. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS/MMS messages from us (except possibly a final confirmation).
Note: Opting out may limit your ability to receive important MFA codes, urgent updates, or convenient support responses—please contact us via email (service@advantec.cc) or phone (405.949.2000) instead.
